A former federal public service executive, Daniel brings an insider’s understanding of how government organizations work, and what it takes to lead them through complexity.

Daniel leads ConversArt’s strategic planning and engagement work, designing and facilitating high-impact sessions for senior leadership teams, national task forces, and large-scale stakeholder groups. Terry Vida is a senior management consultant and executive coach with over 20 years of experience in organizational development, conflict management, and leadership coaching. Her background spans policy, program management, and human resources in the public sector, experience that gives her a nuanced understanding of the organizational pressures, interpersonal dynamics, and leadership challenges that today’s executives face.

Terry leads ConversArt’s work in conflict management, workplace assessments, and executive coaching. She partners with senior leaders, teams, and organizations to navigate some of the most sensitive and complex challenges in the workplace by bringing a research-based, trauma-informed, and deeply human approach to everything she does.
